Acceptance and Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to everyone who opens a page on legitinvesthub.com. By reading an article or sending a message through the contact form you accept them, and if you do not accept them the remedy is simple: stop using the site. LegitInvestHub is a publication. It writes about online financial offers: brokers and trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, mobile trading applications and the investment groups that operate through messaging services. It is not a bank, not a broker, not a regulated adviser and not anybody’s agent. You should be at least eighteen before sending us anything, and our privacy notice should be read alongside this document. We may withdraw or restrict access to the site at any time, without notice where we believe a visitor is misusing it.
The Status of What We Publish
This section matters most, and we ask readers and the subjects of our articles alike to read it carefully. Every review, warning and company profile on legitinvesthub.com is the honest opinion of the editorial team of LegitInvestHub, held in good faith at publication and formed on material available to the public. That material is not exotic. It is the warning lists and enforcement notices issued by financial regulators in various countries, filings held by company registries, judgments from court records, archived copies of marketing pages captured before they were taken down, the operator’s own published terms, domain registration records, and accounts given to us by members of the public who dealt with the operation in question. Where we can, we say which of these a statement rests on, so a reader can go and look rather than take our word for it.
We keep two kinds of statement apart, and the distinction runs through every page. When we write that a named authority issued a warning on a given date, that a company was struck off a register, or that a licence was never granted, we are asserting a fact and expect to evidence it. When we write that an operation looks untrustworthy, that its claims are implausible, or that a reader would be unwise to send it money, we are expressing comment: our conclusion drawn from the facts we set out, published on a matter of clear public interest and honestly held. It is not a finding of a court and does not pretend to be one. Two careful people can read the same registry extract and reach different conclusions, and where the evidence supports more than one reading we say so.
Silence carries no meaning whatsoever. The absence of a company, platform or promoter from legitinvesthub.com implies nothing at all about it. We cover a tiny fraction of what exists, and there are countless legitimate businesses and countless dubious ones we have simply never examined. Nobody should represent that they have been cleared or approved by us because we have not written about them. Our coverage is also a snapshot rather than a permanent verdict. Businesses change hands, licences are granted and withdrawn, and practices that were once objectionable are sometimes cleaned up. An article carries the date it was written for exactly that reason, and a piece published years before 2026 may describe a state of affairs that no longer holds. We revisit entries when new material reaches us, whether from a regulator, from a company that writes in, or from a reader who noticed something we missed. Treat any entry as a starting point for your own enquiries and verify the current position with the relevant regulator.
Corrections and the Right of Reply
We would rather be accurate than right, and we correct genuine errors of fact promptly. If you are named on legitinvesthub.com, or represent a business that is, and believe we have published something inaccurate, write to contact@legitinvesthub.com with three things: the address of the page, the exact passage you dispute, and the material supporting your position. Documents do the work here. Registry extracts, licence certificates, correspondence with a supervisory body and court orders all carry real weight; a general denial, or a demand that a page be taken down because it is inconvenient, carries very little.
Our practice is to acknowledge a complaint within about five working days and to conclude the review within twenty. We then reach one of three outcomes. If we got a fact wrong we amend the page, and where the error was material we note the amendment openly at the foot of the article rather than editing it silently, because a reader deserves to know the text changed. If the position has changed since publication, we update the entry and date the update. If we stand by what we wrote, we say so and explain our reasoning rather than ignoring the message. In that last case you may exercise a right of reply: send a short statement setting out your side and, provided it is not defamatory of anyone else and stays on the point in dispute, we will publish it alongside the entry so a reader sees both accounts. We may edit for length but never to change your meaning. This procedure neither replaces nor limits any legal rights.
No Advice, and the Independence of Referral Partners
Nothing published by LegitInvestHub is legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment. An article written for a general audience cannot substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has looked at your situation. Reading the site, writing to us or receiving a reply creates no relationship of lawyer and client and none of adviser and client. Where a visitor would be better served by a professional, we sometimes point them towards independent legal advisers and law firms that assist with reporting matters to regulators and other authorities. Those practices are entirely separate from us: not owned by, controlled by, employed by or in partnership with LegitInvestHub, and nothing on legitinvesthub.com suggests they are. Any engagement is a matter directly between the visitor and the practice, on that practice’s own terms, and you should verify their registration with the relevant bar association or law society before committing to anything. We give them no instruction and take none from them; we do not supervise their work and are not responsible for what they do or fail to do. An introduction is an introduction and nothing more.
Permitted Use, Prohibited Use and Copyright
You may read our pages, print them for yourself, and share links freely, provided the link does not imply an endorsement that does not exist. Beyond that, the text, images, layout and compilation of legitinvesthub.com belong to LegitInvestHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Quoting a short extract in a news report or review is fine if you name us and link to the original page. Republishing an article in whole, translating it, or ingesting the site into an automated system for training purposes all require our written permission. Company names and logos belonging to the operations we write about remain the property of their owners. You must not break the law using this site. In particular, do not send us material you know to be false, do not impersonate another person, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, do not upload harmful code, do not scrape the site systematically, do not use the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages, and do not harass the editorial team or anyone named on the site. Serious abuse is reported to the appropriate authorities.
Liability, Jurisdiction and Changes to These Terms
The site and everything on it are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, LegitInvestHub excludes all warranties and representations of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, and does not guarantee that the site will be reachable without interruption or that its content is current when you read it. To the same extent we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss, for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, and for any loss arising from a decision you take about a financial product, from any dealing with a firm mentioned on the site, from the content of any external site we link to, or from the conduct of any professional to whom you were introduced. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising in any period of twelve months is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify LegitInvestHub and the people who operate it against any claim, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site. These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of legitinvesthub.com is established, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the benefit of mandatory protections in their own country of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable it is to be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stands. We may amend these terms at any time, and the version published during 2026 supersedes any earlier edition; continued use after an amendment is acceptance of it. Questions go to contact@legitinvesthub.com, quoting the title of any article your message concerns.
